Vanilla Crepe Cafe, Bangkok

Saying that Vanilla Industry is focused on the intricacies of everything they design would be an understatement.  The fact is that seeing Vanilla's growth in Bangkok from a concept cafe and bakery to a series of extremely well designed and executed restaurants (and other ventures including a book store) has more or less ruined restaurants for me in New York which in general lack anything close to the same level of detail.

When we were in Bangkok we stopped by Vanilla's newest endeavor - Crepe Cafe - which wasn't yet open.  By now it should be, pending flood based delays, and we're sure it's as good as everything they've already done to this point, if not better.  Check out some photos of the restaurant in its final stages of completion below.
