Kimchi Taco Truck Coming Soon!

The newest thing in mobile food is on it's way - the Kimchi Taco truck. Supposed to have started doling out these korean/mexican tacos yesterday, we found out from their twitter feed that the unveiling has been delayed until an unknown date. I can't wait to try one of these gems - they're sure to be a treat for your taste buds considering the chef is a Momofuku alum. An actual Kimchi Taco store is also on it's way - setting up shop at Grand Army Plaza in Brooklyn, NY.
