Photographer Focus: Fatma Gultekin


Fatma's images are confusing, and I say that in the best possible way. It can be hard to decipher exactly what's going on in the scene, but that's what makes her work so interesting. You can look at the same image many times and notice something different at each glance. I love old-timey feel to some of her photos as well, takes me back to my film days. She experiments a lot with her photography, and cherishes any imperfection that may appear in her photos.
