Bape x Comme des Garcons PLAY Spring 2012 Capsule Collection

Well, after months of internet rumors, fake images of t-shirts and basically useless information, Bape finally made the official images of the A Bathing Ape x Comme des Garcons PLAY collection available.  Truthfully, the designs weren't far from what everybody was expecting, ranging from an unnecessarily loud take on Bape's signature camo to the standard CDG Play heart filled in with dual branded graphics.  Prices for the shirts (which come in both men's and women's sizes) fall within the usual Bape and Comme des Garcons range, from as low as about $90 to as high as $150.  The real challenge will be for collectors and enthusiasts outside of Japan because the collection is set to release on March 16th ONLY at Dover Street Market Ginza.
