treasure & bond Opens in Soho, NYC

Posted by sooz

The selection at the brand new concept store treasure & bond is a dream - someone with an amazing eye for what's now and what's next is curating this place. With something interesting and unique to look at around every corner, this (by NYC standards) gigantic store is so much fun to browse. And there's really something for everyone - treasure & bond sells on-trend men's, women's, and children's clothes as well as housewares and select bath and body products.

I'm calling this a concept store because it's got a purpose - all of their profits go to charities in the NYC area. Which can actually make you feel ok about buying that amazing James Perse sweater for $275, or those Erickson Beamon earrings you've been eyeing up. What I haven't mentioned up until this point is that this store is actually run by Nordstrom, and is a way of introducing the brand, by covert word of mouth, to potential future customers- paving the way for the department store's eventual arrival in NYC. Personally, I think it's a great idea, and I hope this store sticks around for a long time. It's my new go-to spot for cool.

Take an inside look at the store and pictures of what's for sale below.

What a great idea for a store. I'll have to check it out next time I'm in the city. Great post as per usual.
